- About Us
- Mehkee was founded to help provide the basic parts and accessories for modding and diving into the deep well that is mechanical keyboards. Our goal is to provide our products at a consumer-friendly price and expand our offerings as we grow with our community.
- Order Fulfillment
- Orders are fulfilled (packed and shipped) usually within one to two business days (majority are fulfilled within 12 hours). Weekend orders (Friday afternoon through Sunday) are generally shipped out on Monday mornings.
- Refunds are offered on a case by case basis depending on the nature of the support request. Please contact us using the below form for any issues with your order.
- Note that insurance is not included except with USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures by the delivery courier companies nor for damages to the goods which occur after shipment of the order.
- Domestic Shipping
- Generally via USPS, occasionally FedEx or UPS depending on the weight. Lightweight items such as sockets and LEDs will usually be less than $5 shipping with tracking.
- International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries. Smaller products will fit into a padded mailer for less than $7 for shipping.
- Group Buys
- Group buys are a reservation for a product where the customer pays upfront for the item that will be produced and shipped at a later date. Refunds are generally offered up until the submission of the Group Buy to the manufacturer, however not guaranteed. Indicative timelines for production and shipping will always be provided on the Group Buy page, however are subject to changes depending on manufacturing and QC issues. We will do our best to keep Group Buy participants updated on the Group Buy page.
